1 small fresh baguette
10 fresh figs, sliced
1 cup ricotta
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
½ cup microgreens
Honey, to drizzle
Sea salt
Pepper
Instructions
Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat. Slice bread into ~10 ½ inch thick pieces.
