237. Grilled halloumi salad

 
Ingredients (for 1 portion):
A handful of arugula
3-4 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
100g halloumi cheese
some discs red onion
sea salt
lemon juice
pepper
Flavored olive pepperoncino
 
Method of preparation:
Arugula mix with chopped onion półplasterki (?).
In the meantime, fry the sliced cheese thick slices about 0.5 cm.
Mix arugula and onion, add chopped cherry tomatoes, halloumi and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Season with salt and coarsely, ground pepper and olive oil and lemon juice. DONE!
