Blood Orange Quinoa Parfait
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup pre-cooked quinoa, chilled
- 1 blood orange, peeled + sliced
- handful of toasted pecans
- squeeze of fresh blood orange juice
- drizzle of honey or maple syrup
- Layer ingredients however you like.
- Top with a squeeze of fresh blood orange juice and/or honey or maple syrup.
- Best eaten right away.
