167. Warm feta with tomato
I made warm feta with tomatoes. I used herbs (oregano and chives) to make a 'bed' for feta and added a little honey, olive oil and black pepper and roasted the little packet made from parchment paper until the cheese was warm and the herbs were wilted - about 15 minutes in 225 C. Then I crumbled the warm feta over diced tomatoes, added in more fresh herbs & olive oil and served with a good bread. Simple summer cooking.
